About the event

Medical Herbalists Olivia Cliff and Jude Greenan, who each have over 20 years of experience and knowledge of working alongside medicinal plants, will be co-hosting this session.

On arrival, you will be welcomed into the comfortable kitchen at Vallis Farm, where there will be tea and refreshments. After settling in and introductions, we will take a short walk around the beautiful grounds of Vallis Farm to identify some of the many medicinal plants being grown. We will be harvesting from the newly established Physic Garden.

There will be time for a short comfort break, with time to refill your mug and partake in a nibble, before we begin to process our bounty.

We will be focusing in on one or two seasonal herbs and their interaction with people, and learning the skills of basic tincture making as well exploring glycerites as an alcohol free alternative.
