About the event

Medical Herbalists Olivia Cliff and Jude Greenan, who each have over 20 years of experience and knowledge of working alongside medicinal plants, will be co-hosting this session.

On arrival, you will be welcomed into the cosy living room at Vallis Farm, where there will be tea and refreshments. After settling in by the fire, we will begin by exploring what are the main challenges we personally, and as a society, face during winter; and also how we envision, or hope, our experience of winter could be.

The main emphasis of the day is plant medicine; it's relevance and practical application. To provide framework and context we will cover and expand upon four main pillers of health and wellbeing:

  • external environmental & social factors

  • emotional & mental health

  • diet & nutrition
